COACHES
PROFESSIONAL COACHING STAFF
The training process at the AC Milan Junior Camp is led by an international team of professional coaches with experience in working with young football players.
The coaching staff consists of training directors from AC Milan Academy and an international team of assistant coaches.
The goal of the coaching staff is to provide young players with high-quality development of football skills in a professional and motivating sports environment.
TRAINING DIRECTORS
Training sessions are led by two training directors from AC Milan Academy who have experience working within the AC Milan youth development system.
Their responsibilities include:
* leading the training process
* implementing the AC Milan Academy methodology
* supervising the work of the entire coaching staff
* ensuring the quality and structure of training sessions
This allows camp participants to train according to the standards used in the development of young players within the system of AC Milan.
ASSISTANT COACHES
In addition to the training directors from AC Milan Academy, the camp also includes assistant coaches from:
* Italy
* Slovenia
* Croatia
* Austria
Assistant coaches support the training sessions, work with player groups and assist in the development of each camp participant.
WORKING WITH YOUNG PLAYERS
The coaching staff places special emphasis on an individual approach to each participant.
Through training sessions and sports activities, the coaches encourage the development of:
* football skills
* confidence
* discipline
* teamwork
* sporting character
The goal of the coaching staff is to create a positive and motivating environment in which young players can develop their abilities and their passion for football.
